Most orders placed by 3:00 pm ET are shipped the same day from the closest warehouse. Circumstances may delay shipment for up to 3 days.
Every effort is made to ensure a product shown as available is stock. There are times where sales exceed are inventory and the order will be cancelled, and a full refund issued. We apology for the inconvenience this causes.
Tracking information is provided the morning following shipment. It is attached to your online order and sent via email to the email address provided on the order. If you do not see the tracking information, please check your spam folder.
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time prior to shipment. Once the order has processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will need to be handled as a return and subject to our return policy.
